You can choose between the two dates we have set this year for our FLOW CLIMBING Mallorca Experience:
21–25 OCTOBER ’26
25–29 NOVEMBER ’26
To book your place, you’ll need to pay a deposit of 25 per cent of the total price of the retreat.
This isn’t a course designed to motivate you for a few days.
It isn’t a collection of techniques.
It’s a retreat designed to help you discover your own way of climbing – the one that connects with your true self, the one that brings your body and mind into harmony, and the one that allows you to enjoy your passion with greater confidence, clarity and presence.

Climbing in harmony and with fluidity may seem like something that happens spontaneously after many hours of training and dedication to our passion.
But the reality is that, if we fail to connect our mind and body whilst our full attention is on the present moment, it is difficult to ‘get into the flow’.
The good news is that we can cultivate habits that help us achieve that state.
Just as we train our bodies, we can train our minds and our behaviours.
True transformation comes when we combine the physical experience of climbing with a personalised mental approach to complement it.
It’s not about climbing more; it’s about learning to climb differently. In your own way.
Not everything works the same way for everyone.
It’s about finding your FLOW CLIMBING.

Day 1: Welcome to Mallorca
Pick-up from Palma Airport and arrival at our cosy villa, our home for the next few days. No rush, no strict timetables. Today is all about slowing down, getting to know the place, letting yourself be enveloped by its natural tranquillity and finding out who your fellow adventurers will be.
Day 2: First day of climbing
First encounter with the incredible rock of Mallorca.
On this first day of climbing, we’ll focus individually on the challenge each of you has set yourselves, regardless of your level or experience.
Because everyone arrives with different abilities, concerns and goals, and we want each of you to find the space here to progress at your own pace.
And to begin with, we’ll spend this first day of climbing on some of the finest rock in the world, familiarising ourselves with an essential part of the experience: falling.
Practising falls may not be what we picture when we think of an ideal day’s climbing; however, learning to fall is one of the best ways to build the confidence needed to achieve our ‘flow’.
When we understand something, it ceases to be a threat. Through progressive, controlled practice tailored to each individual, we’ll experience what it means to fall and how we can do so safely.
Learning to fall is, in a way, learning to trust. Trusting our bodies, our equipment, our climbing partners and our own ability to face the challenges that come our way. And when that trust emerges, it also changes the way we climb.
We stop focusing solely on avoiding a fall and begin to feel the freedom to try and dare to make one more move.
Trust begins precisely when we allow ourselves to let go and flow.

Day 3: Integration
Take it all in. Practise. Develop our own strategy.
After our first day on the rock, it’s time to bring together everything we’ve learnt and start turning it into our own tools.
During this day, we’ll put the tools we’ve learnt into practice, consciously applying them to our climbing.
We’ll have space to experiment, observe how we feel and reflect on which strategies work best for each of us.
The aim isn’t simply to climb harder, but to climb better and with greater confidence – flowing, enjoying ourselves and feeling good about it!
In a safe, motivating and supportive environment, each participant will be able to challenge themselves at their own level and work towards their own goal.
Perhaps it’s completing a project, improving your visualisation, managing your rest periods better, or simply feeling more comfortable whilst climbing.
Every small step forward counts. You’ll receive personalised guidance throughout the process, tailored to your climbing style, your experience and your needs.
This will be a day for experimenting and consolidating your skills. To begin to see how what seemed new or challenging on the first day gradually starts to become part of your natural way of climbing – your own.
Confidence is built through experience.
Day 4: Going Deeper
Commitment and Trust.
The time has come to explore our limits from a place of greater trust and commitment.
Whatever your goal, you’ll have the support you need to move forward safely and mindfully.
The difficulty will vary from person to person, because the real challenge isn’t always the grade of the route.
Sometimes it lies in making the decision to carry on when doubt sets in, committing to a move, managing uncertainty, or trusting in everything we’ve learnt.
This safe, motivating and supportive environment will allow us to experience precisely that space where the familiar ends and growth begins. Where climbing becomes more than just scaling a wall. It becomes a connection with your movements. With your body.
With your mind. With the rock. With the present moment.
In commitment to yourself.
At the end of this journey, perhaps the most important achievement is not having completed a particular route, but having discovered that we can face our own limits with a different perspective.
Our own perspective. Kind, serene and curious…

Day 5: Enjoy your climb / Farewell
The final day of sport climbing. It will be a day to climb with greater freedom, enjoy what you’ve learnt and celebrate everything that has happened during the retreat.
Over the past few days, you’ll have discovered new ways of tackling your challenges and a more mindful approach to your progress, through connecting with your body and your own strategies.
And, of course, one of the retreat’s most special gifts: a new network of climbing mates from all over the world. People with whom to share future projects and adventures.
The retreat ends here, but your journey continues.
Transfer to Palma airport at 6 pm.
